How does it work?

1.I have an appointment with the DECISION MAKER who decides on the personnel structure, budget and IT

2.We discuss the CURRENT situation and the desired TARGET situation (with my support and advice)

3.I’m doing an analysis project (paid per hour) in which I get to know the processes and IT (code too!), a report is created with what must be done for desired improvements
Duration: normally 1 week, but of course depending on the size

4.A plan is created with:

−target structure

−duration of the project

−my expense

−costs of the company, if new employees were needed

➡ If the decision-maker wants to implement the plan, then I will give full support (also on site) in the implementation of the new system

The decision maker decides on the plan!
